The Tesco environment report also talks of a whole year of dust impacting anyone living within 200 metres of the site.

And there's probably asbestos in the crummy buildings someone's going to have to remove, whether it's a new housing estate, school or grocery store. So the developer gets the blame for cleaning up the site? I notice no one ever mentions the property company who will get a huge windfall profit from this site, the very people who neglected their buildings and assets for so many years, long before Mr T came on the scene.
