Flood at Industrial Park

REPORTS are coming in of a flood at North Orbital Commercial Park in Napsbury Lane caused by a burst water pipe.
Water gushed into the industrial estate this morning at around 6am after a mains pipe burst.
Rashid Ali of Ambala Food factory said businesses have been affected because water supplies have been cut off. Production at his firm has been affected.
It is thought some primary schools in St Albans are also closed today because they have no water.
Three Valleys water engineers are currently on the scene.
