Voters hit the polling stations

VOTERS have been filing into polling stations across the district all day to vote in the local elections.
Seventy four polling stations are currently operating in several schools, scout huts, churches and memorial halls in the area.
The stations are open until 10pm and counting is expecting to be finalised later on tonight.
