Prison drug smuggler jailed

A DRUG smuggler caught taking cocaine, cannabis and heroin into a prison is now serving her own sentence.
Helen Grant, 46, of Welwyn Garden City, was caught with the drugs as she visited an inmate at Peterborough Prison in Cambridgeshire on 27 July last year.
The Hyde Valley resident is now serving a three and a half year prison term after admitting to two counts of supplying Class A drugs, supplying cannabis, and possessing a Class C drug with intent to supply at Peterborough Crown Court.
